At Early Cup Roasters, we offer a good variety of different origins of coffee where you can find one you fully enjoy.
Freshly Roasted Coffee
Experience the rich, full-bodied flavor of our freshly roasted coffee. Each batch is carefully roasted to bring out the unique flavor profiles of the beans. We can provide it to you as whole bean (preferred) or we can grind it for you. We generally roast to a medium roast as that retains to good flavor that is unique to each origin. There are some origins that are better slightly lighter or darker and then we will break from our standard medium roast to one side or the other to provide you the best flavor and aroma that we all want in our cup. We can roast to a dark roast but that is discouraged because it has several negative impacts. It mutes the unique flavors of that origin of coffee, it causes oil to come to the surface of the bean which can do two things; those oils will gum up the burrs on either your or my grinder, as well as cause rancidity as those oils oxidize.
